Arizona utilizes electronic titles. If your title is electronic, you will need to obtain a physical copy prior to pickup.

If the vehicle was last titled in Arizona

  1. Download and fill out the Arizona Duplicate Title Application
  2. Submit the application
    1. Online
      1. Time frame: 5-10 business days
      2. Cost to obtain: $4
    2. In person at the Motor Vehicle Division
      1. Time frame: 5-10 business days
      2. Cost to obtain: $4
    3. By mailing the application to:

      1. Time frame: 6 weeks
      2. Cost to obtain: $4

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Arizona

The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
