If the vehicle was last titled in Mississippi

  1. Download and fill out the Mississippi Duplicate Title Application
  2. Submit the application
    1. In person at the Department of Revenue
      1. Time frame: 6 weeks (3 days for Fast Track)
      2. Cost to obtain: $9 ($39 for Fast Track)
    2. By mailing the application to:

The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
