Oklahoma utilizes electronic titles. If your title is electronic, you will need to obtain a physical copy prior to pickup.

If the vehicle was last titled in Oklahoma

  1. Download and fill out the Oklahoma Duplicate Title Application
  2. Submit the application
    1. In person at the Service Oklahoma
      1. Time frame: 7-10 days
      2. Cost to obtain: $11
    2. By mailing the application to:
      Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Services
      PO Box 26940
      Oklahoma City, OK 73126-0940
      1. Time frame: 6-8 weeks
      2. Cost to obtain: $12.73

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Oklahoma

The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
