If the vehicle was last titled in Oregon

  1. Download and fill out the Oregon Duplicate Title Application
  2. Submit the application
    1. In person at the Department of Motor Vehicles
      1. Time frame: 2-4 weeks
      2. Cost to obtain: $101-$192
    2. By mailing the application to:
      Oregon DMV

      Salem, OR 97314

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Oregon

The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
